FIRST...
Try this suggestion first. If my suggestion either does not work or works temporarily, then I'd recommend uninstalling the Lenovo Hotkeys app (see SECOND STEP), then come back and do this step again.
Back to my solution... I randomly tried something else, and it worked... Open any app that you can type in (notepad, word, etc.) or go to the online keyboard test site at: https://en.key-test.ru
Then hold down the #1 button for several seconds until it starts to repeatedly type on the screen. Once you see that, you can test the other numbers that did not used to work before. SECOND (HOTKEYS APP)...
- Press
Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager. 2. Go to the Startup tab. 3. Find Lenovo Hot Keys Application in the list. 4. Right-click and select Disable. Alternatively, you can uninstall the application via the Control Panel: 1. Press Windows key + X and select Apps and Features. 2. Find Lenovo Hot Keys Application in the list. 3. Click on it and select Uninstall.
Good luck!!!
