Function keys not working on window 11

so recently when i try to use f4,f5,f6,f7 and f8 nothing will happen even when i am holding the fn key while i press them. could someone please tell me how i could fix this

    1. Check if Function Lock is on and turn it off
    2. Update keyboard drivers
