    Hello, Jacob.

    Welcome to Microsoft Community!

I have noticed that your you only have an FPS of 30 when going into full screen mode of the game, borderless mode can sometimes alleviate the issue. I will assist you in investigating and share some possible suggestions with you.

    1. Adjust the graphics settings:

    • Right click on the desktop and select “Display Settings”.
    • Scroll down and click on “Graphics Settings”.
    • Make sure the Hardware Accelerated GPU Program is enabled.

    2. Disable Full Screen Optimization:

    • Right-click on the game's shortcut and select “Properties”.
    • In the “Compatibility” tab, check “Disable full-screen optimization.

    3. Update or reinstall the graphics driver:

    • Open GeForce Experience, check and install the latest graphics driver.
    • If the problem persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling the graphics driver.

    4. Check monitor refresh rate:

    • Right-click on the desktop and select “Display Settings”.
    • Scroll down and click on “Advanced Display Settings”.
    • Make sure your monitor's refresh rate is set to the highest available value.

    5. Adjust in-game settings:

    • In the game settings, make sure the frame rate limit is turned off or set to a higher value.
    • Try adjusting the graphics quality settings to see if there is any improvement.
    • If the problem stems from your system or driver, then the above steps can often help alleviate the problem.

If your FPS still only stays at 30 in full screen mode, you may need to do further hardware testing , for graphics cards etc. Since I'm not around to assist you directly with debugging your device, I recommend trying to get a reliable hardware support service if necessary.

I wish you all the best.

    Best Regards.
