Cannot play Marvel Rivals because of "DirectX 12 is not supported on your system"

When I launch Marvel Rivals on Steam, a message pops up as below

"DirectX 12 is not supported on your system

Please update your Windows 10 64-bit operating system (version 1909 or later) and upgrade your graphics card driver.

Ensure that your graphics card meets the minimum requirements (NVIDIA GTX 1060 or AMD RX 580)."

Here's my current system.

  • Win 10 version 2004
  • Graphic GTX 1660S

Please help me check this issue.

    Thank you for the screenshot, your version of Windows 10 is over 4 years out of date, in the Settings app are you not offered version 22H2 of Windows 10 to install from there?

    I can't play marvel rivals because the driver or the graphic card it is not compatible. I tried everything. And it is impressive because call of duty warzone is a heavy game and i can play it.

    Ofc dude !! As long as you have the intel ark gpu go to whatever browser you use. look up the newest driver for your gpu when it takes you to the intel page look for previous versions or something like that & you’ll find that the version right before the newest one & you hit download. After your download is finished open the file & it will take you to the install, follow all the steps & select clean install & just let it finish. Then choose don’t restart & then boom open up your game and it’s fixed !!

    same problem with me intel ark a750 fully up to date meet requirements and my pc says im good with dx12 i even redownloaded it to make sure.
