Hello ! I'm Aymeric, an independent advisor, and I'm here to help !

If Windows 10 is activated with a valid digital license or product key, upgrading to Windows 11 will carry over the activation and the “Activate Windows” watermark will not appear. However, if your Windows 10 is not activated, the watermark will remain after the upgrade. To remove it, you'll have a buy a Windows license.

Please let me know if you have any other question !

    Activate Windows 10.

Microsoft will store your Product Key.

Then, the free upgrade to Windows 11 will work, by retrieving the Product Key from Microsoft.

Anything beyond that is "software piracy" -- not allowed on this forum.

Your copy of Windows 10 was activated using your organization's activation server, not by Microsoft's activation server.

Does the computer belong to your organization, or personally to you? If the former, then your organization's server probably may NOT be able anything other than Windows 10.

If you install Windows 11, and connect your personal computer, you would have to connect to the organization's activation server and hope that the server has licenses for Windows 11.

I suggest you contact the I.T. Department at your organization, and get them to install Windows 11 onto the computer.

Anything else is getting into the realm of "software piracy".

    Thank you for helping me:D

What if the activation text on my laptop says something like this "Windows is activated using your organization activation service". Will the Activate Windows watermark not appear?
