I found this folder WUDownloadCache, can i delete it?

Hello i found this WUDownloadCache folder on my D partition. The size is 7 GB. Can i delete it ?

    In that case you can safely delete the contents of that WUDownloadCache folder.

    If there is currently no Windows Update in the list in the Settings app that is being downloaded or ready to install, then it is safe to delete the contents of the WUDownloadCache folder.
