My laptop camera is not working. (LOQ 15IRX9 - Type 83DV serial number MP2LQVVZ)
I need a solution, my laptop camera is not working after I reinstalled windows because it has very frequent BSOD issue. I have installed necessary drivers from Lenovo. My laptop is LOQ 15IRX9 - Type 83DV serial number MP2LQVVZ. If you guys have a solution please tell me.

- Are you receiving any error message while accessing your camera?
- Do you have any third-party antivirus? If so, you can temporarily disable your antivirus software and check if the camera starts working.
Inspect the camera lens located above your screen. Ensure that any privacy slider covering the lens is open to allow access to the webcam. Check the function keys (F1 - F12) on your keyboard if you find a key with a camera icon, press that key alone or with the Fn key to activate your webcam.
If the above steps don't resolve the issue, it might be a driver problem. Visit the support website for your specific laptop model on the manufacturer's website. Locate the download section for your model and find the latest version of the webcam drivers. Download and install these drivers following the manufacturer's instructions.
