Old HP Drivers issues with windows 10 64bit

Hello Guys,

I've an old HP laptop (hp pavilion 11-n002ex x360).

I installed a fresh copy of windows 10 64bit, after installing it, I got two issues with its drivers.

-First issue, the laptop has a touch screen, it is not working, it doesn't even show the “HID-compliant touch screen” in the device manager.

-Second issue, Bluetooth issue, it shows a yellow mark on the driver and windows says it is installed correctly, however it is not and whenever I try to go to "Bluetooth & other devices" I cannot find on/off button, whenever I try to add a bluetooth device it says "Couldn't connect".

I tried the following workarounds:

-Installed latest windows updates, nothing solved

-Installed a third party apps like driverpack solution and other third party apps, nothing solved

-Ran the windows troubleshooter, nothing solved

-Installed HP drivers app, it says everything is installed correctly, nothing solved too.

-Installed Intel drivers app, it says the same, and nothing solved

-Contacted HP they said that the drivers are installed correctly and nothing to do from their side.

-Tried to install drivers from microsoft catalog site for the mentioned drivers, nothing solved.

I thought that the issue is in the hardware itself, so I tried to install Ubuntu OS and all the drivers worked fine.

It seems that the issue is in the windows 10 64bit OS itself, I tried also 32bit, and unfortunately it didn't solve the issues too.

Hope you guys could help fixing these issues.

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

We understand that you are experiencing issues with your touchpad and Bluetooth not working after downloading a new copy of Windows 10 64-bit.  Through my inquiry, I found that the release date of your computer is in 2014 and the original system is Windows 8.1.
