Riot Vanguard issues

can somebody help me with riot vanguard issues, i already submit a ticket to riot games but usually they respond for so long (kinda needed it to be fixed by today) i tried to uninstall the Vanguard/Riot client but it wouldnt allow me to because of this

    I understand that you are experiencing issues with Riot Vanguard, the anti-cheat software used by Riot Games, and you need to resolve these issues urgently.

    Let’s work through some steps to troubleshoot and fix the problem.

    Step 1: Repair the Riot Vanguard Installation

    Open the Riot Client.

    Click on the profile icon in the top right corner.

    Select Settings.

    Under the General settings, find the option to Repair Client and initiate the repair process.

    Step 2: Run Riot Vanguard as Administrator

    Navigate to the Riot Vanguard installation directory (by default: C:\Program Files\Riot Vanguard).

    Right-click on vanguard.exe or vgtray.exe (if available) and select Run as administrator.

    If running it as an administrator resolved the issue, you might need to set this as a default behavior.

    Step 3: Uninstall and Reinstall Riot Vanguard

    Open Command Prompt as Administrator (Win + X > Command Prompt (Admin)).

    Use the following command to uninstall Riot Vanguard:

    sc delete vgc

    sc delete vgk

    Navigate to the Riot Vanguard installation directory and manually delete the folder if it still exists.

    Reboot your computer.

    Launch the Riot Client.

    The client should prompt you to reinstall Riot Vanguard.

    Follow the on-screen instructions to reinstall Riot Vanguard.

    Step 4: Using System File Checker and DISM

    Search for CMD in the start menu, find 'Command Prompt' and select 'Run as administrator'.

    Enter the following commands one at a time, making sure to run the next command after the previous one has completed.

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

    SFC /Scannow

    After the scan is complete, you can check the scan information to see if any problems were detected and fixed.

    By following these steps, you should be able to resolve issues related to Riot Vanguard and get it functioning properly on your system.
