The ISO was removed from the official Microsoft website, and since then, I cannot download it anywhere. I would like to use it for testing purposes, on an old laptop and on a virtualization software like Hyper-V and VirtualBox. Any help?

And there is nowhere safe that we can recommend that you get it from.

And 8.1 never came for free to use in a VM.

A VM is another computer that you need a Retail license to use Windows on.

have a bit of software that only runs on windows 8.1 it was made for this computer i own the alienware alpha r2, But its signature UI does not run on windows 10 which my dad updated it to.

is there any way I could downgrade it back to Windows 8.1
