I have the issue where my PC says “Can’t reach the default gateway”. I’ve tried all the resets for the PC, network adapters, and network settings is there a fix? It connects to WIFI but not the Internet.

Restart your pc and router and try again.

Otherwise, try to reset network connections: Open PowerShell or CMD and run as administrator, copy and paste the following commands by pressing enter at the end of each command line:

    netsh winsock reset

    netsh int ip reset
    ipconfig /flushdns

    Restart your pc.

    Hi Teajay,

I'm Sumit, here to answer your query at the Microsoft Community.

Apologies for any inconvenience you are experiencing. I am happy to help you today.

The Gateway means your Internet router, so Windows can't reach that. Let us together check that.

While the network cable is connected,

    In the Windows search,

type cmd, right-click it, and choose run as administrator.

    ipconfig /all

Take all the screenshots of the outputs and post in the next reply.

I look forward to your response and am eager to collaborate until we find a solution.
