Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

It is very unlikely you will be able to play those games/CD's on Windows 10 or 11, the old games used an encryption on the game disks that is not supported in Windows 10/11 and most likely the disks also use Macromedia Flash for the animations, which was removed from all versions of Windows a couple of years ago due to more modern technologies being used for animation.

You can try installing DirectX 9 from the link below, then restart your PC and try installing the games by right clicking the installer and choose to run it in Windows XP compatibility Mode, if that fails, the games are too old.

To play Windows 95 games on Windows 10/11, you can set up a Windows 95 Virtual Machine (VM) using virtualization software like Hyper-V (built into Windows Pro editions) or third-party tools like VirtualBox or VMware.

    Steps with Hyper-V

    1. Enable Hyper-V:
Go to optionalfeatures.exe, enable Hyper-V, and restart.
    2. Create a VM:
Open Hyper-V ManagerNew Virtual Machine → Configure:
      • Generation 1
      • Allocate ~64 MB RAM
      • Create a small virtual hard disk
      • Attach a Windows 95 ISO as the boot drive.
    3. Install Windows 95:
Start the VM, boot from the ISO, and follow the setup process.
    4. Run Games:
Once installed, insert game CDs and play within the VM.

    Alternative

Use VirtualBox or VMware Player for potentially better compatibility with older systems.
