Whenever I try to update it, it gets to 25% and then fails and I don’t know how to fix it

I WILL BE ATTEMPTING THIS TONGIHT AS WELL. MY QUESTION IS..... WHY AM I HAVING TO DO ALL THIS WITH A BRAND NEW ALIENWARE M16 OUT OF THE BOX (RECIEVED THE COMPUTER ON 12/10/2024) . SHOULD I SEND THE COMPUTER BACK, CALL SUPPORT, OR JUST DO THIS PROCEDURE YOU HAVE OUTLINED?
This cum update hangs on every computer that my users attempt to install on and every computer that I have setup over the last few weeks. Microsoft needs to pull this one back and evaluate it.

I have gone through the entire thread. I'd like to know if you're able to start Windows normally.
If you can't load Windows, the best option would be to clean install Windows using USB.
On the other hand, if you can start Windows normally, an in-place upgrade should fix the issues.
Let me know.
These are the options I have as well as the option to reset my pc from the previous screen.
Did you run the Command prompt/powershell as Administrator?
