Thanks for coming back to me !

The Intel Control Panel only controls Intel integrated graphics. If you're using the dedicated GPU, the Intel Control Panel will have no impact on your game's performance.

Hence, the Intel Application Optimizer won't be able to help.

Hello ! I'm Aymeric, an independent advisor, and I'm here to help !

Just to confirm, are you using a desktop or laptop ?
If you have a GPU, your HDMI cable should always be connected to your GPU. Otherwise, you won't be using the dedicated GPU, and hence will not enjoy the full power of your PC.
The Intel Application Optimized can be used if you want to optimize your games for your hardware.

Please let me know if you have any other question !
