Not letting me create a system restore point. Says its disabled by my system admin. (windows 11)

So, a while back I accidently deleted my audio drivers, so I went to HP Support Assistant (app) and tried to get them back, but when trying to update/reinstall the drivers it said I needed a system restore point. So I looked up how to get there and it said it is disabled by my system admin even though my account is marked as an admin. So what I did is found one on the web and installed it. Its been working fine but its still janky and I wish I just had the actual ones. There's also a lot of other things wrong with my windows, I don't know if my windows 11 is installed correctly or what. All I remember is switching from windows 10 to 11 because it asked me. I also am just having a ton of other issue its hard to explain.

Thanks, Brett. The following should help:

    Via https://www.winhelponline.com/blog/restore-poin...

    1. Start the Registry Editor (regedit.exe)
    2. Navigate to the following key:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows NT\SystemRestore

    1. In the right-pane, delete the values named DisableSR and DisableConfig
    2. Exit the Registry Editor.

    Type sysdm.cpl

    Press Enter.

Click System Protection Tab > Select C drive > Configure button, and turn it on.

    Also,

Please supply us the following Information.

Right-click the Start button and Choose the Run option

    Type in msinfo32

    Press enter.

Take a screenshot of the System Summary window and post it in the next reply.
