Windows 11 "Audio enhancements" should be OFF by default & stay OFF when manually turned OFF

Windows 11 seems to turn "Audio enhancements" and possibly also "Spatial sound" on by default for your audio output devices. It also seems to turn them back on sometimes on its own. Which is really annoying. This alters the audio and can really make it sound bad and ruin expensive headsets like the Logitech G Pro X 2. These settings that alter audio should be OFF by default and they should also stay OFF when you turn them off manually.

Honestly, it's really a pain. They should make it stay OFF or completely remove it.

Absolutely agree!!! We livestream from the church and almost every time there is a Windows 11 update it switches the default enhancements back on again and the sound quality is rubbish. I then have to go through everything and turn the enhancements off again. Our problem is the "enhancement" obviously designed to cut out microphone background noise but the default threshold is set too high and prevents my ambient mic from picking up the congregation praying or singing.
