To enable smooth scrolling here are some following steps.

1- To enable smooth scrolling in Edge browser open Edge browser and type edge://flags in address bar and search smooth scrolling and enable it. It is same as chrome browser also.

2-Please search Device specification in Windows search bar and select it. click on Advanced system settings and Click on Settings in Performance section. Enable Smooth-scroll list boxes and Click on Apply then ok.

I hope this information will help you. Please let me know if you need any further assistance.

    Regards,

    Santosh
