I need the Windows 11 23H2 media creator or the ISO file (official). I can't find it anywhere on the MS site. Can someone please help?

I believe Microsoft is acting irresponsibly!

Their latest release (24H2) is blatantly broken, and they should provide a clean, reliable ISO (23H2) for users to reinstall the system from scratch. Instead, users are forced to scour the web for ISOs from sketchy, untrustworthy websites.

Who are the overpaid managers incapable of delivering basic features to meet fundamental user needs?

This makes me very angry, and I think I will ditch using Microsoft entirely in the future.

    Hi SA189, This is Ramesh.

The Microsoft portal no longer offers the option to download the 23H2 ISO. However, two third-party projects can download the 23H2 ESD image from Microsoft and build the ISO.

One of them is the UUPdump project: https://uupdump.net/

Another option is AveYo's MediaCreationTool.bat file at GitHub.

The above third-party projects download the official ESD from Microsoft's servers and then create the ISO.

    If you havnt already,

dl win10, install that, upgrade to win11 it will put you on 23h2, then google how to stay on 23h2, group policy can be set to target an feature update and then stop there, this allows you to keep getting security updates but stay on 23h2.
this method will use only official windows downloads and tools

If they pulled the ISO down they should be able to put it back up. VERY irresponsible of them.
