How to install bluetooth drivers?
I recently got new bluetooth headphones because the wire gets in the way alot.
I tried to connect them and it said that "Bluetooth is not compatible" all the Microsoft help pages didn't help. I have a custom made PC.
Can somebody help me?

You need that hardware first. You can get an external USB bluetooth one too if that's easier. Your JLabs JBeats Lux uses BT 5.3, so you want your wifi adapter to be at least 5.3 (higher is fine). Make sure you get name brand one like TP-link, Asus, etc. Don't get those no-name ones from Amazon, because you need good driver support from their manufacturer.

If you cannot find it, Can you share with me two screenshots please?
- Go to Device Manager > Network Adapters, I would like to see what's listed.
- Please type msinfo32.exe in the search on the taskbar and hit enter, then share a screenshot of the pop up.
Thanks!

2024-12-26T01:26:30+00:00 The instructions will not work as I do not see Bluetooth as an option in the device manager. I was asking if there is a way to install Bluetooth using software or hardware? My headphones are the "JLabs JBeats Lux"

Can you use this instruction: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wha...
And tell me the LMP number for your bluetooth on the computer?
Next, can you tell me your headphones' brand and model please?
