    Hello Richard, this is Emily.

Allow me to clarify - driver is coming from the hardware manufacturer. In this case, it depends on Logitech still supports this model and still releases driver for this model to stay align with Windows.

I checked their website and I am afraid they no longer support/release driver as of now for Windows 11. Here is the link to their official website for this model's support: https://support.logi.com/hc/en-ca/articles/3600...

Here's what worked for me. Logitech Quickcam Pro 9000 webcam on a Windows 11 Business 24H2. It was working fine up until my computer updated. Here's what I did.

    Computer Management. Device Manager

Removed both instances of the Quickcam Pro 9000 objects AND checked the box to have the drivers removed.

The objects had a yellow alert on them so Device manager already expanded the branch for me.

Scanned for new hardware and let Windows install the drivers.

    No reboot was necessary.

Hello, just go into the device driver and change the driver to Video device, and it will start working immediately. Don't select Logitech Quickcam 9000 also for the sound right click on the device and search from a list of drivers available in your computer

    It should work

HOW ON EARTH CAN THEY JUST STOP SUPPORTING THEIR PRODUCT _AND_ EVEN AT THAT, THEY APPARENTLY MADE THE DRIVER THEY HAD DISAPPEAR FROM THEIR WEBSITE. I AM WRITING THEM OFF AS A COMPANY. I FIND NOT SEMBLANCE OF LOYALTY TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. I JUST SPENT 40 MINUTES CHATTING WITH THEIR SUPPORT BOT IN CIRCLES TO ONLY BE TOLD A HUMAN WOULD HAVE TO EMAIL ME. A LOT OF GOOD THAT WILL DO. I HAVE 2 STILL BRAND NEW IN BOX PRO 9000 HD WEBCAMS I NEEDED TO INSTALL JUST ONE.
