Logi MX Keys S keyboard disconnects and repeats keystrokes

My Logi MX Keys S keyboard keeps being unresponsive off and on, and then will repeat keystrokes randomly. I saw in my BT settings that it was disconnecting and reconnecting frequently which could explain it being unresponsive, but no idea what causes this or the repeating keystrokes. I have already changed Power Management in Device Manager for Intel wireless in the BT section, to not allow the computer to power off device. Have disconnected and reconnected keyboard - didn't work. Expensive keyboard/mouse combo hoping to figure this out once and for all!

I have the same issue, and my MX Keys S combo is only a couple of weeks old. For a $200 keyboard/mouse combo, I expect better. It seems to be working right now, but it frequently does the same thing the other replies are showing.

Hello there! I am Charity, I'm an Independent Advisor. I'm glad to help you today!

I'm really sorry about that. It's possible that the keyboard switches of your Logitech MX keys is starting to fail. We can try to do a workaround. Please try the steps below.

Press Win + I or go to the Start menu and select Settings.

Select Bluetooth & devices from the left sidebar.

Scroll down and click on Typing.

In the Typing settings, find Advanced keyboard settings or Keyboard repeat settings (under Related settings).

Adjust the Repeat delay and Repeat rate sliders.

If issues still persist, I would highly suggest contacting Logitech for further assistance on this.

Please let me know if you have any more questions, I'll do my best to respond as soon as possible.

    Kind Regards,

    Charity

Please note that things might need more than one reply to completely resolve your issue, as it will completely depend on the complexity of the question and the amount of detail that you have provided me.
