MY WIFI DISAPPEARED, HOW DO I GET IT BACK? HELP PLS

So, my wifi driver usually disappeared randomly and then come back , but now it disappeared completely. I forgot the precise name of the drivers but I think it might be

"Realtek RTL8723BS Wireless LAN 802.11n SDIO Network Adapter Driver wifi network adapter"

Or

"realtek rtl8723b wireless lan 802.11n usb 2.0 network adapter driver" or none of them

And I had 2 hidden network drivers , the names were something like

Network adapters 1#

Network adapters 2#

All of that disappeared, now after the reset I have a random

"Microsoft kernel debug Network adapter" who I deleted

I post pic of the laptop and everything, in the driver pic I already selected "show hidden". Anyway ...

I did a reset on PC , reinstalled windows but nothing changed , still no wifi drivers to be found. Tried to install manually and nothing happened , yellow triangle error code 10. I did the setup from the manufacturer driver by the mediacom site of my laptop but nothing , error 10. The setup seems fake , nothing happens idk what to do ...

Before the reset I downloaded the drivers here https://www.mediacomeurope.it/prodotto/M-SBE142/smartbook-edge-14 (the file name has 146 in it and idk why in the files there are 2 type of wifi drivers , realtek and something else , tried setup on both , nothing happened , tried manually chosing one of them , error 10 )

After the computer reset I even found some drivers on programx86 , I tried to install manually but nothing , error 10 and this were without setup ..

(I can access internet by using hotspot with USB cable since this laptops doesn't have a lan port, so i can download stuff if necessary)

    Hello CxRe,

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

Thank you for your feedback. Based on your description, your wireless network card is missing, which prevents you from connecting to Wi-Fi. I noticed that you have tried reinstalling the system. Normally, if the system detects a wireless network card in your computer, it will automatically install a basic Microsoft default wireless network card driver. However, after reinstalling the system, there is no driver in the Device Manager, and you cannot install the network card driver from the computer's official website. This indicates that your computer cannot detect the wireless network card, which may be due to the network card being disabled in the BIOS, a loose network card connection, or a damaged network card.

You can press the F2 key or Del key during startup to enter the BIOS setup interface.

In the BIOS interface, use the arrow keys to navigate to the Advanced or Configuration menu.

In these menus, look for options such as Wireless, Wireless LAN, Wireless LAN Support, or WLAN Device, and set them to Enabled.

Press the F10 key to save the settings and exit the BIOS.

You can also reset and update the BIOS according to the support information on your computer brand's official website.

Then check if you can install the wireless network card driver normally. If it still doesn't work, you may need to consider that the network card itself is faulty, and you will need to take your computer to a physical store for hardware inspection.

DISCLAIMER: Microsoft provides no implied or other warranties and/or guarantees and is not responsible for the information you obtain from third-party linked sites or for any technical-related support.

If you will still try to modify the BIOS settings, please backup your important data first.

I hope the above information can help you. If you have any other questions or need further assistance, you can reply to me at any time, and I will be happy to continue to help you.Thank you for visiting the Microsoft Community. I wish you good health and a happy life!

    Best wishes!

Thank you for your response. From the BIOS image you provided, it seems that there is no option to disable the wireless network card in your computer, indicating that the disappearance of your wireless network card is not related to the BIOS. The automatic generation of #3 and #4 records when using the USB does suggest that there were previously drivers for #1 and #2 in your device manager. However, this might just be a record causing your subsequent network cards to be named #3 and #4, rather than current drivers occupying the names #1 and #2. Since you did not find the previous network cards when showing hidden devices, and your current network card is working fine, it is more likely that the previous network card devices were damaged.

You can also try opening the Registry Editor by pressing "Win + R", typing "regedit", and pressing Enter.

    Navigate to the following path:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Network

In this path, find and delete the subkeys related to the old network adapters.

This can remove the records of drivers #1 and #2. Then, try reinstalling the drivers for your previous network card to see if it can be installed successfully. If it still doesn't work, then it is indeed likely that your previous network card is damaged.

Thank you again for visiting the Microsoft Community. I wish you good health and all the best in the new year!

    Best wishes!

Thanks for the answer, anyway... I didn't found anything like that in bios (I post pic) . Only network stack configuration but idk what it is but I doubt is usefull.Image

I bought a USB adapter so I have internet , and in the drivers I see the virtual adapter #3 and #4 (same if I try installing a wifi driver it has the #2 at the end) meaning that my original virtual adapters are still there somewhere (I hover on the "show hidden" always , it's not that ) so idk , I'm kinda lost , can't get back my original stuff yet they are hidden .. (happy new year btw)ImageImage
