Done this one. Still showing same problem. LDplayer does not recognize VT. I also checked a bug in the task manager. It does not show the Integrated Graphics card.

So I needed to roll back to 23H2 so I can launch LD player

    HI SEMACAS.

Thanks for reporting this issue in Microsoft Community.

In your description, you noticed that LDplayer seems to be having compatibility issues in 24H2.

I noticed that it seems that a restart of the app occurred, so was there an error reported before it crashed or restarted?

If so, please let us know. If conditions allow, please take a screenshot or record a video of what happens after it launches and provide it to us, and we will further determine the problem for you on a case-by-case basis.

There are many possible reasons for LDplayer to crash, such as corrupted application files, such as virtualization technology is not turned on, etc.

Please try to make sure that virtualization (VT-x or AMD-V) is enabled in the BIOS/UEFI settings under the guidance of your computer's manufacturer.

Just in case it is a corrupted file, please uninstall LDPlayer and then re-download and reinstall it on your computer to see if the same problem exists after that.

Also, you can try right-clicking on LDPlayer.exe, selecting Properties, and then trying to launch it in compatibility mode.

In order to determine if it is an error with the account profile, please refer to the following link and create a new local administrator account

See if the same problem exists in the new local account.

Of course, since LDPlayer is not a Microsoft product, you can try to contact LDPlayer support at the link below and they will be able to provide you with more targeted assistance in troubleshooting this application.

Please try the above options and provide us with the results and the specifics of the problem you are experiencing. We will provide you with further assistance based on the results.

Thank you for your understanding and support.
