Hello,

I have been having problems with this audio driver.

For some reason, no audio is coming out of my laptop. So I went to the device manager, looked at the drivers, and saw that the Intel high-definition Audio Driver was under Other drivers and also had there error icon next to it.

I tried to update the driver, and it said, " No Driver has been found. Please contact the people who made it or download it from their website." So I went to the Intel website for Windows 10 and 11, pressed install, and I got this.

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

<Error> <Code>AccessDenied</Code><Message>Access Denied</Message><RequestId>0FB3B9NS1JSVDAW0</RequestId><HostId>RPbOHxiu7J4JUVDIFu71fumNCsXYPX2lIuxXqr9u6yXMLREI6bjv1XsutGM7hZFIaYYOk4qY0dI=</HostId> </Error>

I don't know what happened I've contacted them and would like this to be sorted soon

    Hello, Gregg Hindom

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

This error message indicates that the server denied your request when trying to access a resource. It could be related to your network connection or an issue with Intel's server. Have you tried switching networks? For example, connecting to a different Wi-Fi, using a wired connection, or even a mobile hotspot?

Also, are there any programs on your computer that might affect the connection? Such as firewalls, antivirus software, VPNs, proxy servers, or any programs that use a lot of bandwidth?

Can other computers download the driver installation file without issues? If so, you could download it on another computer, save it to a USB drive, and then install it on this computer.
