    Nals,

    Thanks for reaching out.

I followed your advises but it did not worked. I have also downloaded the setup for onedrive, but it says you have the newer version installed and you have to uninstall for installing the downloaded version. What I have to do now?

I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the version I downloaded but the problem still persists.

    Please help.

    Stay blessed,

    Aquil

Hello, and thanks for reaching out! I'm Nals, and I'll be happy to assist you today.

Resetting OneDrive can resolve most errors related to corrupted settings

    1. Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog box.
    2. Type the following command and press Enter:

    %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset

After the reset, OneDrive will automatically restart. If it doesn't, run the following

    %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe

If resetting doesn’t resolve the issue, try reinstalling OneDrive:

    1. Open the Settings app, navigate to Apps & Features, and locate the OneDrive app in the list.
    2. Uninstall the app, then restart your PC.
    3. Download the latest version of the OneDrive app from the following link:

If you have any additional questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I'm here to help!

    Best regards,

    Nals
