Resetting OneDrive can resolve most errors related to corrupted settings
- Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog box.
- Type the following command and press Enter:
%localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset
After the reset, OneDrive will automatically restart. If it doesn't, run the following
%localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe
If resetting doesn’t resolve the issue, try reinstalling OneDrive:
- Open the Settings app, navigate to Apps & Features, and locate the OneDrive app in the list.
- Uninstall the app, then restart your PC.
