    No worry, mcsca. Try these steps:

    1. Look for a "Lock" key (like "F Lock" or "Num Lock").
    2. Restart your computer. Sometimes, a restart can help reset the keyboard settings if it’s a temporary issue.
    3. Reinstall the keyboard drivers via Device Manager.
    4. If you can’t unlock it, you can temporarily use the On-Screen Keyboard. Start > Settings > Ease of Access > Keyboard.
