Thank you for your response Airbus A350. Much as I suspected but isn't it odd that a file, downloaded from Microsoft's own site, is classed as 'unverifiable' just because it doesn't come from the Store!
How do I upgrade my windows 11 version 22H2 to 23H2 or 24H2?

My current windows version is windows 11, 22H2, and I am looking to upgrade my version up to 23H2 or 24H2, so I can continue to get important security/software updates. Could someone please walk me through the steps on how to get a newer windows version? (23H2 or 24H2)

Since you are on S Mode, you won't be able to use the methods that I've listed above.
Unless Windows 11, version 24H2 isn't offered to you through Windows Update, and you wish to not leave S Mode, unfortunately, you won't be able to upgrade to 24H2.
S Mode doesn't allow you to use apps that aren't on the Microsoft Store, and neither of those options are.
You will have to either exit S Mode or wait until 24H2 is released to you his Windows Update, which can be anywhere from a few days to a few weeks or months.
