The issue is related to Windows 11 rather than a problem with Brother products.

I recently purchased a new computer that came with Windows 11. However, my brother's printer (HL-L2380DW) no longer scans with this version of Windows. One of the reasons I upgraded my computer was to get the new features in Windows 11. I contacted Brother for assistance, and they informed me that the issue is related to Windows 11 rather than a problem with Brother products. Specifically, it pertains to Version 24H2, and Windows needs to provide and develop drivers for this version. Has anyone else had this similar issue?

    You can try the following

Look at the settings and there is a link to the “Windows scan” app in the MS App Store - install it to test it, it detects the scanner and scans remotely so you can try it until there is a fix (if there is one ).

It detects the scanner and scans remotely, so you can try it until a fix is available (if there is one .....)
