In Word, if you're trying to control the flow of your document and make only part of it "frozen" or separated from the rest, you need to use section breaks rather than regular page breaks. Here’s how you can do it:
1.- Position the cursor where you want to insert the break.
2.- Go to the Layout tab (or Page Layout in older versions).
3.- Click Breaks in the Page Setup group.
4.- Select Continuous under the Section Breaks section.
The document will now have a new section starting at the point where you inserted the break.
