I am having the same issue with the windows 11 laptop that has no antivirus software on it and no flash drives plugged in as of today I also have a DirectX crashing issue from a November update on Windows 11 and my work workstation when I run newer software and the only way to get it to work is to uninstall the DirectX updates back in 2011 and there's no fix for that on Windows 10. I really wish they would do more research before they force these updates on us and cause everybody's computers to go to hell. The last couple of days they gave on Windows 10 and windows 11 cost all kinds of graphic issues with 10 and I don't know what's going on with 11 as I just submitted it today. I have new very expensive cam software that I can't use due to the Windows 10 crashing out about every 10 minutes from a DirectX Graphics error probably something to do with and IV Ida graphics cards and or DirectX settings koe 29 or something like that
My windows 11 24h2 keep having blue screen after installing quality update
After installing Windows quality update, my pc started having blue screen frequently.
2024-12 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 24H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5048667) is the update, installed on 11/12/2024.
Blue screen didn't seem random as in most cases (if I remember correctly) it happened when I used USB ports (after plugin devices like USB Stick, Printer Or Scanner).
I understand that it happens often with new updates so I waited a little bit before posting this, but it's been a month since the last update, and there were no new updates.
Anyways today I had a blue screen again , I plugged a USB Stick, and opened a word file directly from that USB Stick, plugged my printer in the other USB Port and pressed CTRL+P to print the document. The moment I pressed CTRL+P it happened, blue screen and PC restarted.
I followed some instructions I found on a thread in here on how to report, the link below has most recent blue screen dump file and msinfo32 file on a google drive folder.
Link to the folder containing the dump file and msinfo32 file
I uploaded only the most recent dump file, I have four more dump files with the respective dates :
03/01/2025 (1 dump file)
31/12/2024 (2 dump files)
11/12/2024 (1 dump file)
Is there a solution to that, or do I have to wait for another windows update.

Is the stop code of the BSODs you are getting VIDEO_MEMORY_MANAGEMENT_INTERNAL by chance?
If so, it seems to be an NVIDIA graphics card driver problem, as you've found.
Could you open the Start Menu and type msinfo and push enter, take a screenshot of the window that pops up, and attach it here? In the mean time, I will continue to analyze the BSODs and Event Viewer logs that you've given me.
Hope to hear back from you.
P.S. I would recommend uninstalling Kaspersky from your PC because they've been effectively banned from the US. A good alternative would be Malwarebytes or BitDefender.

Could you go to C:\Windows\Minidump and copy all the files in that directory to a ZIP file, together with the entire contents of the C:\Windows\System32\winevt\Logs direcoty, and then upload it to the cloud (e.g. OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox) share a link here so I can analyze it?
I would also appreciate it if you could attach a picture of the BSODs that you get.
Hope to hear back from you.

2025-01-06T15:02:42+00:00 Happened again, and two times in a row.
The first time I had nothing plugged in, and nothing running in the background, just a word file that I was reading and edge, I enabled editing in word and it appeared.
The second time was right after the PC restarted after having a blue screen. The first thing I did was open edge to write a reply here, and when I started writing, it happened again.
Honestly I don't know what's happening, three blue screens in a day is a lot.

Please try uninstalling the latest quality update from WinRE. To do this, go to Settings > System > Recovery > Restart now (next to Advanced startup). Once you see a screen asking you "Choose an option", click "Troubleshoot", then "Advanced options", then "Uninstall updates", then finally "Uninstall latest quality update".
This will uninstall the problematic update that you have. This may take some time, so you might want to consider running this at night when you're not using your computer.
Let me know how this goes.
