Unable to connect to Univerity's eduroam network

I go to University of Rome Tor Vergata. I am unable to connect to the eduroam network on my Windows 11 laptop, however, it works fine in other devices. I did have to go through some manual configurations on android though.
To my knowledge, the eduroam system at here is somewhat outdated or something. In android, I manually had to go to advanced settings, and set it up for TTLS-PAP authorization.
Now, on windows, everytime I tried to connect, it just kept giving me "Can't connect to this nework". I tried hours to find a method to make it work, but nothing on the internet I was able to explore could fix it. So I got tired and tried to fix it myself, which worked, but I would like to know whether the method I used it safe....
I went to Wireless Network properties via Manage known Networks option on settings app, and then went to advanced>security>settings[next to authorization method, TTLS was selected] and enable all of the trusted root certification authorities. Enabled all of them. It worked which means Windows was trying on wrong authority. Now I have no idea whether enabling all of them is unsafe or potentially device breaking. Would love someone's advice on this.

For PC, no. It only provides a manual procedure for Android and iOS. For both Windows and Mac, they just ask us to use the CAT software provided. As for the "Enable identity privacy", it get's automatically enabled and the in the box below it says "anonymous" when I tried earlier without ever using CAT software. However, after running the software, it sets up this profile with it Not Ticked and those servers added in the next box.

This is how it looks when setup using the CAT software

And this is how it looks if I don't run the CAT software and tries to manually connect to the network simply by clicking Connect and entering username and password.

Hi! Sorry about the late reply. I'll attach all the relevant screenshot here. Also, I have some new information regarding the situation. After some poking around, It appears that this issue is caused by partially the configuration software provided for the user by eduroam itself. I tried setting up eduroam on a different laptop that I've never connected to eduroam before, and I tried connecting manually without downloading the CAT software provided by eduroam to students in my University (University of Rome Tor Vergata, mentioned since it might be different for other universities). I was able to connect simply entering the username and password, but I noticed I was on 2-4GHz WiFi 4 instead of 5GHz when I do it that way, and didn't have internet access. Like webpages just refuses to load.
Then I ran the CAT software (available on eduroam website : https://cat.eduroam.org/?idp=2005 Also, seem to outdated) and It installed some new certificates. However, this made the computer to give the error message "Unable to connect to the network" as previously. So, eduroam software itself kinda made it worse perhaps? It appears whatever it does cannot be undone, other than a network settings reset perhaps.
Anyways, I did the same procedure I did in the previous laptop, enabling all of the root certification authorites, and it let me connect to the network properly, with Internet access on 5GHz WiFi 5.
**This issue only occurs on Windows 11 to my knowledge. It doesn't seem to occur on Windows 10 or MacOS.**Screenshots of the enabled root certification authorities are attached below.

Hello ! I'm Aymeric, an independent advisor, and I'm here to help !

There are two ways to configure eduroam: automatically and manually.

Which one did you use? I strongly advise you to use the automatic configuration, which greatly reduces configuration errors.

You can download the Eduroam setup here : https://cat.eduroam.org/

Make sure you select University of Rome Tor Vergata when you're asked to choose your organization. When running the setup, you'll be asked to enter your username and password : enter those given to you by the university.

Everything should be automatic, and you don't need to change any network settings.

Please let me know if you have any other questions !
