1 out of 3 of my monitors has a green tint, then when I change any display setting, they all turn green.

So only one of my monitors has a green tint, the rest are fine. When I mess with a display setting like change the hz or anything like that they all change with a green tint. I restart the computer then all go back to normal but one. Using the display Color calibration feature that comes with windows, it fixes it for a bit and sets it to what it should look like, then goes back to the green tint it had before, if i am lucky it will fix it for either a good bit or until my pc turns off then back on than we are right back to the tint. I've already tried to update drivers but when I do that is also makes all the monitors green. Yes i've tried different cables, yes i've unplugged them in and back in. I have already restarted my pc over and over. And I also plugged all the monitors into a dock that plugged into my pc via usb so its not the graphics card. If possible I would like to try and avoid a clean wipe if that is an option I might need to dol.

Okay so I did the DDU thing twice and the both times it booted up fine but my middle monitor(that's connected to the graphics card) was black for a bit when everything was fine then the second it connected my monitors go crazy then all turn green. With all your other suggestions they didn't work and all the plugs look fine and there is no color thing on my amd graphics card. and the monitors/cables work fine with another computer in the house. It only started doing this a week ago when I was on my computer a different monitor turned the tint of green. Again when I use the display color calibration thing it fixes it for a minute and they all go back to the tint of green. I tested it while the graphics driver wasn't on then with it on.

If there is a hardware issue how can I troubleshoot to either fix it or find what part is doing it.

Also 2 out of the three is normal after restarting, one monitor has the tint but goes to all after touching the display settings

    Dear Tavin_Dill!

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community!

I read your post and understand that you are experiencing color issues when using a multi-monitor setup, which can be a real problem. Here are some suggestions and questions that can help us further diagnose the problem:

Is your graphics card NVIDIA, AMD, or another brand? Different graphics card brands may have different drivers and settings options.

You mentioned that you have tried updating the driver, but all monitors turned green after the update. Did you download the latest driver from the graphics card manufacturer's official website or use Windows Update to update the driver?

Have you checked the color settings in the graphics card driver? For example, if you are using an NVIDIA graphics card, you can open the NVIDIA Control Panel and check if there is an option for color adjustment. For AMD graphics cards, you can use AMD Radeon Software to do a similar check.

Based on your description, here are some recommended steps:

Uninstall the graphics driver using DDU:

Download the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) tool.

Start your computer in safe mode and use DDU to uninstall the current graphics driver. This will reset the Windows display configuration.

After uninstalling the driver, restart your computer, but do not install a new graphics driver yet. The Windows basic display driver will be used at this time.

Observe whether the monitor still shows green. If the problem disappears, this indicates that the problem may be related to the driver.

    Reinstall the graphics card driver:

If the monitor displays normally after uninstalling the driver, you can download the latest driver from the graphics card manufacturer's official website and install it.

After the installation is complete, check whether the color of the monitor returns to normal.

    Check the hardware connection:

Although you have tried different cables, make sure that all connections are secure and not damaged.

If possible, try to connect the problematic monitor to another computer to check whether there is a problem with the monitor itself.

If none of the above steps can solve the problem, you may need to consider the possibility of hardware failure or contact professional technical support personnel for inspection. I hope these suggestions can help you solve the monitor color problem.

Thank you for your understanding and support!

I wish you all the best.

    Best regards,
