Hi,

In our patch management tool, there is a availability to update Windows 11 24H2 for enterprise edition. But that requires us to manually upload the ISO file. We tried downloading it form the official site, but that doesn't works as intended. Could anyone help us on this?

    Hi.

You should be able to download the ISO through this link. You can either use the media creation tool or directly download the ISO file in that page.

If you could not download it successfully, I have tried to get the download link through my Visual Studio subscriptions page (so this should be legit), which can be downloaded through this link. That is the English version of Windows 11 (business editions), version 24H2, released Dec 2024, although it may expire in a few days.

Error: "The expected Edition is Enterprise, but it isn't found in the uploaded ISO file".

    Hi.

I believe this is probably due to the fact that ISO file offered in the official website does not include a SKU for Enterprise. They are consumer editions, and you have to use business version ISOs for that.

The current methods that I know to get the business versions are:

The link that I provided in my previous reply is obtained from the Visual Studio subscription website. That should include the Enterprise SKU. It should be safe as it's obtained from a Microsoft website.

Alternatively, there are third party services offering ISO files for Windows, e.g.: UUPdump, through which ISO files can be generated, although it might take some time to run, but you can choose the SKU you want to include.
