Hi

Some of my keyboard keys isn't working and I did try to update my drivers and uninstall the keyboard but it hasn't worked.

I tried to use other things by fixing it but it hasn't worked. I tried to troubleshoot it but in windows 11, the keyboard troubleshoot doesn't show up in others.

I also have two keyboard things which is the "HID keyboard device" and the "Standard PS/2 Keyboard"

Is there a way I can fix my keyboard keys on windows 11?

It was great yesterday now its not working sudden.

I ran my update last week and I also cannot use my keys on the left side of my integrated laptop keyboard. I am having to use my onscreen keyboard. I also ran the steps and didn't resolve. I am using a Lenovo.

    Dear Microsoft Support,

since a while I'm dealing with the same issue on a completely new device. I followed all the steps of your advices and there is still no change.

The keys are sometimes active and sometimes not independent of weather conditions, such that I assume a technical issue caused by Windows 11. How can I obtain further support?

    Best regards,

Since this thread is still active, ill add my two cents as well. I am on a Lenovo Legion laptop on windows 10.
A few weeks ago the N key started working sporadically, and then eventually more or less stopped. I performed any cleanig steps that didn't include removing the key itself (because i will not be able to get the thign back on).
I determiend that it was a software issue because there is a noticeable delay in some instances (such as a few previous words in this post where it looks like i mistyped...i did not. they were input correctly), and also N will work when the shift key is pressed or when I use the FN key the same way so i don't capitalize the thign i the process.
On a related note, it looks like the A is about to go too.
I have attempted all the steps listed here to no effect.
It has been suggested to reinstall windows, but that is an absolute last resort.
    Thanks.

the new version of MS is suppose to integrate AI into the OS. maybe we can ask AI how to fix our keyboard issues since all we get from support is bland suggestions related to keyboard drivers, etc.
