For information about Windows update terminology, see the article about the types of Windows updates and the monthly quality update types. For an overview of Windows 11, version 23H2, see its update history page

If you want to remove the LCU

To remove the LCU after installing the combined SSU and LCU package, use theDISM/Remove-Packagecommand line option with the LCU package name as the argument. You can find the package name by using this command:DISM /online /get-packages.

RunningWindows Update Standalone Installer(wusa.exe) with the***/uninstall***switch on the combined package will not work because the combined package contains the SSU. You cannot remove the SSU from the system after installation.

Hello! There seems to be a bug in these updates KB5049981 for Windows and KB5049983 for servers that users here & over in Windows 10 Help Forum are experiencing Error 7023 Service Control Manager....System Guard Runtime Monitor Broker.exe terminated with Error  %%3489660935 **** . Please see this post about it https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/error-7023-service-control-managersystem-guard/38c44edb-d206-4506-9ed4-eb164acb739c . MS needs to address this problem as this concerns the integrity to the Windows platform.

    Respectfully,

I was updating Windows 10 yesterday, and after that I am missing a lot of high value files from the ProgramData folder.
Have anyone had any trouble with this?

I'm missing a large amount of files as well. Probably 80%. This is horrible. How to fix?

So Im having a problem with my headphones that recently effected both my windows 10 (KB5049981) and windows 11 (KB5050009), I deleted my win 10 (KB5049981), was wondering if the same could be done with win 11 without trouble?
