The most compatible version of the Intel graphics drivers will be the version provided on the support page for your PC or motherboard.
Cannot access BIOS to install Intel graphics driver
Bought a used PC. Updates and reset.
I am trying to install the latest Intel graphics driver because my game keeps crashing. I do not know very much about any of this, but the driver fails to install. Checking Device Manager there is no Intel driver at all. I only have Radeon RX580 Series under Display Adapters.
Information online says to check BIOS to see if iGPU is enabled.
I have tried holding Shift and restarting, but no BIOS.
Next online suggestion: restart from settings and click UEFI Firmware Settings to reach BIOS, but that option was not listed. Apparently my computer cannot access UEFI? I don't know if I am doing something wrong based on software or hardware, so I've attached system information.
