Epic Games Launcher not installing

Hello,

Can someone please help me I can't install Epic Games Launcher on my computer. It says the problem is " There is a problem with this windows installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor."

I have had this problem for a while and can fix it. Please help me fix this problem.
