I understand you're having trouble opening Documents, Screenshots, and other files on your device.
- Could you please provide the exact error code or message you see when trying to open these files?
- Are you experiencing the same error when opening the files from a different location?
Just move a set of documents or screenshots to a different folder (or create a new One) and open it from there. See if you are experiencing the same error.
- Assign applications to open the files - It seems that the files you're trying to open might not have the correct application assigned to them. You can assign the appropriate application to open these files.
Right-click any document or files >> Select Open With >> Select the desired app (for e.g .doc uses Microsoft Word), >> Click Always at the bottom.
Double-click the file to open it and see if it opens without any error.
