Dear Neilan Padilla!
Welcome to the Microsoft Community!
I understand that you may have accidentally deleted or uninstalled the driver for your RZ616 Wi-Fi 6E 160MHz adapter while trying to troubleshoot Wi-Fi issues, and now you are unable to retrieve or reinstall it. Here are some suggested steps to help you resolve this issue:
First and foremost, I need to confirm that your issue is that the driver cannot be installed, or that the device is not responding after installation.
You can check the Device Manager:
Open the Device Manager (you can do this by right-clicking the Start button and selecting Device Manager or running devmgmt.msc).
Expand the Network Adapters category and see if you can see your RZ616 Wi-Fi 6E 160MHz adapter. If there is a yellow exclamation mark in front of the device, there is a driver issue.
Reset CMOS:
After taking static protection measures (such as touching metal objects before working inside the case, preferably wearing a pair of insulating gloves), remove the button battery on the motherboard and wait a few minutes before replacing it. This will reset the CMOS settings and sometimes resolve hardware identification issues.
Try to install compatibility drivers:
The 24H2 version of Windows 11 you mentioned may indeed have compatibility issues with some hardware drivers. You can try to install the 23H2 version of the driver to see if it can solve the problem.
If none of the above steps can solve the problem, you can consider the following alternatives:
Use a wired network:
As a temporary solution, you can use an Ethernet cable to connect to the network.
Final solution:
Although resetting the system and reinstalling the system is an overwhelming violent solution, you can consider these two options if you can't solve it no matter what.
I hope these suggestions can help you solve the Wi-Fi problem. If you have other questions, please feel free to let me know.
I wish you all the best in the new year 2025~
