HP ENVY TS 15 Notebook PC laptop - audio does not work

Hello, I have a problem with my laptop. I just reset my laptop and the audio is not longer working. The sound icon shows red "X". It also writes - "No Audio Output Device is installed". I have tried all of the HP diagnostics, but it writes that there are no audio devices. I have tried updating the drivers, but it writes that it is not functioning. I have tried to solve this issue for hours but it is not working. I would be really glad if you could help me.
