Do you mean placing different desktop icons per virtual desktop? If so, Windows 11 doesn't natively support this, unfortunately. However, this is possible with the help of a third-party application. If you want to do this, here's what I've been using for a while now.

This app should provide you 4 virtual desktops. Each desktop can have separate desktop icons by right-clicking on the app in the system tray > Settings > Switching Desktops > Check "Customize desktop icons" > Advanced > Select "Create a separate folder for each desktop".
