I have an m2 disk and a compatible graphics card but Windows tells me that my computer is not compatible with DirectStorage

I have a NVIDIA RTX 3070 Ti, a Gigabyte B550 Aorus Pro AC motherboard, a AMD Ryzen 7 5800X and a Crucial P5 Plus CT1000P5PSSD8 SSD, but for some reason Windows says that "this version of Windows doesn't support DirectStorage IO optimizations". My Windows 10 version is 22H2.

I built my PC with DirectStorage compatibility in mind, a game that requires DirectStorage is coming out soon and I don't know what to do.

the direct storage feature is used to speed up game launches, as it allows uncompressed data to be sent directly to the GPU.

The difference between windows 10 and 11 is that with the latter you will have a higher data transfer speed, however in both cases the improvement in game loading will still be significant

Read carefully : windows 10 is compatibile with direct storage but not support optimization that will be compatible only with windows 11

Let me know if it's not clear

Oh, okay, thank you very much for the answer

So, I understand that if the game's technical specifications say that I need Windows 10 or higher, it means that I don't need those Windows 11-exclusive optimizations that you're talking about, right???
