Normally it can be from the NVIDIA app and the shortcut to disable it is ALT+R.

the fps thing looks like FPS N/A LAT N/A N/A N/A N/A N/A N/A N/A N/A N/A and I have no idea what is wrong with my second monitor it just went black and when i go to advanced display and select device 2 it says device is not active

i fixed the second monitor thing by going into the NVIDIA control panel going to set up multiple displays and check the second monitor then apply settings
