This overlay is not from Windows, it is from some monitoring application.
Normally it can be from the NVIDIA app and the shortcut to disable it is ALT+R.
i keyboard mashed and my second monitor went black and i have a fps thing on the top right of my screen

the fps thing looks like FPS N/A LAT N/A N/A N/A N/A N/A N/A N/A N/A N/A and I have no idea what is wrong with my second monitor it just went black and when i go to advanced display and select device 2 it says device is not active

2025-01-02T10:39:11+00:00 i fixed the second monitor thing by going into the NVIDIA control panel going to set up multiple displays and check the second monitor then apply settings
