You may need to re-install AVG and then use that tool to completely uninstall all remnants of AVG from your system.

2025-01-27T16:02:52+00:00 I reinstalled, rebooted, and ran the program to remove it. It offered safe mood so it used that as well. It left the AVG browser installed. I restarted the computer into running mode, went to control panel and removed the avg browser program and then everything finally disappeared from services. I appreciate your time in responding and your assistance.
I have run into this program on other peoples systems and seen it drag the computer down so hard you could barely use it. I am not really certain how it got installed, but if i could block it from happening again i would.

The AVG uninstaller does not fully remove AVG from your PC, they provide a specific AVG Removable Tool on their website to completely uninstall AVG from your PC.
