I have 422 GB showing as space on my computer. I have several categories i.e. apps, programs, one drive and "Other People"
the Other People have 204 GB of storage and I have no Other People on my computer.
WHat is this, how do I delete it and how can I reclaim this space

Thanks for reaching out here in the Microsoft Answers Community.
"Other people" refers to the profile folders of other users you have added, including the ones you have deleted before.
Please go to file explorer->This PC->C drive->Users, see whether there are folders named after deleted users, and you can go into them to recover the files.
After recovering the files, please do not delete the profile folders directly. Instead, please press Windows+R and enter "systempropertiesadvanced", select "Settings" under "User profiles", select the entry with "Account unknown", and select "Delete".
