I bought Minecraft bedrock edition on the Microsoft store. The audio in-game is not working entirely, Both music and sounds in-game are turned all the way up to 100%, and it is NOT muted on sound mixer I think I can't find it on the sound mixer when its running. Please help, I really want to play normally, thanks in advance.

Hello there! I am Charity, I'm an Independent Advisor. I'm glad to help you today!

Launch Minecraft Bedrock Edition and keep it running.

    Open the Volume Mixer:

Right-click the speaker icon in the system tray (bottom-right corner).

    Select Open Volume Mixer.

Scroll through the applications list to see if Minecraft is listed. If not, Minecraft may not be routing sound correctly to the system.

We can also try to force Minecraft to use a specific output device.

Open Settings > System > Sound > Advanced sound options.

Under App volume and device preferences, find Minecraft and manually set the output device.

    Kind Regards,

    Charity

Hmm, your headphones might be interacting oddly with Minecraft's audio configuration.

Test Minecraft with a different pair of headphones or speakers.

Let's also try a different bitrate.

Right-click the speaker icon in the taskbar and select Sounds.

Go to the Playback tab, select your audio device, and click Properties.

Under the Advanced tab, try lowering the audio format (e.g., to 16 bit, 44100 Hz).

Test Minecraft after making this change.

If the issue persists, try unplugging other peripherals (e.g., USB devices) to see if there's interference.

Thank you for the information. Based on the screenshot you provided, it looks like you're in the correct section for managing sound settings. However, it seems that Minecraft is not appearing in the list under the Volume Mixer or Advanced Sound Options. This could indicate that the game isn't registering properly as an audio source.

May I ask if you have already tried reinstalling Minecraft?
