Windows Security - Only Displaying Shield

Anonymous

I have upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11 and found that Windows Security only displays a shield logo and nothing else. I have followed lots of tutorials on how to fix this - including re-installing Windows 11 - keeping my apps and data - but still no joy.

I have got to the point that I have run out of ideas and am worried that my PC is no longer secure.

Please, can someone help me?

Thank you.

Mike

Please try to scan your computer for any virus or malware.

Please try to scan your system using Microsoft Safety Scanner or the free edition of Malwarebytes.

Hi - thanks for your reply.

I ran this as admin and nothing happened. So I checked the event log and saw this.

I tried to start the service manually and got this error:

    Thanks for your help.
