The Independent Advisor gave you a link, but it's not worth a lot without enabling Transport Layer Security 1.2. Also the upgrade is not for free anymore.

The free upgrade from Window 7 SP1 to Windows 10 was over long ago, and Microsoft stopped selling Windows 10 two years ago. In any case, Windows 10 will be unsupported in 9 months.

A computer old enough to have shipped with Windows 7 won't qualify for Windows 11.

The best thing that you can do is to purchase a new Windows 11 computer.

Hi, I am an Independent Advisor.

Let me help you with this issue.

I understand you have a Windows 7 computer and you need to know if you can still upgrade to Windows 10.

You can still download and install Windows 10 using the Windows Media tool

    Please use this link https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-downlo...

"Will the media creation tool still be available for customers to download Windows 10 installation media?

Yes, the media creation tool and Windows 10 installation media (ISO files) are available for customers to install Windows 10. If you’re installing Windows 10 for the first time, you’ll need to enter a valid Windows 10 product key or buy a full version of Windows 10 during setup for this tool to work. If you’ve previously installed Windows 10 on your device, you should have a digital license and Windows 10 will automatically activate without entering a product key. "

"The Windows 10 free upgrade through the Get Windows 10 (GWX) app ended on July 29, 2016."

    Windows 10's end-of-life and end-of-support ends on October 14, 2025.

Microsoft recommends upgrading to Windows 11 if your computer is compatible.
