Sorry for the delay in reply. I've been offline.
Thanks for the clarification.
When it comes to Intel integrated GPU, it is recommended to use the driver provided by the laptop manufacturer. Intel itself recommends this.
Using the Intel driver may cause strange behavior and instability.
I suggest you perform a clean install of the Intel graphics driver as instructed below.
Download the latest video driver from the link below.
https://dl.dell.com/FOLDER12098298M/1/Intel-HD-...
Disconnect from the internet to prevent Windows from installing another version of the driver automatically.
Uninstall the current driver:
- Open "Device Manager" (Windows + X and select Device Manager);
- Expand "Display adapters";
- Right-click on the Intel display adapter and select "Uninstall device";
- On the confirmation screen, check "Attempt to remove the driver for this device" and click "Ok";
- Restart the PC.
After the PC restarts, run the driver installer you downloaded and follow the on-screen instructions to install the driver.
After installing the driver, restart your PC and see if the system will work stably.
If the BSOD occurs again after doing this, share the minidump it created. Click on the "Reply" button below my reply.
