- Did you disconnect unnecessary devices before performing the steps above?
- If you have any third-party antivirus software, uninstall it temporarily.
- Run Command Prompt as an administrator, then copy and paste the code below(one after another) and press Enter:
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
sfc /scannow
chkdsk c: /r
Press Y if prompted, then restart your computer and try the steps again.
